It currently employs more than 330 staff and covers a production area of 100,000 square meters.The company owns six professional workshops, including surface treatment, assembly and welding, heat treatment, straightening, machining and explosive cladding.It is equipped with over 80 sets of large-scale and specialized production equipment, such as straightening machines, hydraulic presses, annealing furnaces, edge milling machines, cutting machines, shearing machines and welding machines.
Our flagship product, titanium‑steel clad plate, is the most widely used and core metal composite material in thermal power plants.It adopts a composite structure of carbon steel base layer + titanium cladding layer, combining structural strength with excellent corrosion resistance.The titanium cladding provides superior anti-corrosion performance, effectively resisting the corrosion caused by pH 1–3 dilute acid and chloride ions generated by flue gas after wet desulfurization.The base layer is commonly made of Q235B, Q345R and other grades, with a thickness of 12–16 mm.It ensures overall structural strength, resists flue gas scouring, pressure fluctuation and seismic load, and guarantees long-term safe operation.
In addition, titanium‑steel composite materials deliver outstanding cost performance.They reduce comprehensive costs by over 70% compared with solid titanium plates, and their service life is 5 to 10 times longer than that of stainless steel.Traditional solutions such as ordinary carbon steel with anti-corrosion coating show poor resistance to acid and chloride.Such equipment suffers from rapid corrosion and aging, requiring frequent maintenance and overhaul.
