In view of the operational risks existing in the company's core production processes including explosive compounding,polishing and grinding,and heat treatment,the company invited professional technical experts and senior veteran technicians to conduct targeted safety and skill training.The training focused on standardized operation,risk identification,hidden danger troubleshooting and emergency disposal of key production equipment such as hydraulic presses,straightening machines,cutting machines,edge milling machines,automatic plasma welding machines,plate turners and heat treatment furnaces. Professional on-site explanations and Q&A sessions effectively solved practical operational problems and improved employees' standardized operation capabilities.
