Baoji Taicheng MetalCo., Ltd. has three factories in the Baoji area, located at No. 8 Titanium Cheng Road, Bawanghe Industrial Park in Meixian County, and Qianyang County Industrial Park. The (6 * 60) × 3500 × 16200 titanium steel composite plate, the world's longest and largest explosively formed titanium steel composite plate, exhibited at the 5th Titanium Expo in 2023, received unanimous praise from attendees. On November 28, 2023, at the official challenge event for the Guinness World Records "Longest Titanium Steel Composite Plate (Explosive Forming)" held in Meixian, under the supervision and witness of Yang Shaopeng, the Guinness World Records certification officer in China, Yang Shaopeng finally announced that the final result of the "Longest Titanium Steel Composite Plate (Explosive Forming)" challenge initiated by Baoji Ticheng Metal Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was 16.183 meters, breaking the challenge goal and becoming the new Guinness World Record holder.
