1. Enhance the competitiveness of the industrial chain group. The municipal finance arranges 500 million yuan in special funds for industrial development every year to promote scientific and technological innovation, talent introduction, enterprise cultivation, brand building, and financial support policies. The work plan of the Baoji Municipal Government in 2023 has policies, routes, and funds, which point out the direction for the development of Baoji's titanium industry enterprises.
