In production,we strictly implement standardized full-process explosive cladding procedures and conduct precise control over every production step.From the precise selection of titanium sheets and carbon steel substrates,refined pre-treatment of surface degreasing and rust removal,to accurate explosive charge layout,controlled explosive cladding,stress relief annealing,leveling and finishing,and finished product non-destructive testing (NDT),full-process standardized control is implemented.This effectively eliminates common quality defects such as plate delamination,uneven bonding and excessive residual stress.
