Baoji New Taicheng Metal Composite Material Co., Ltd. is a new enterprise invested and constructed by Baoji old Taicheng Company in the East District of Titanium Valley, Meixian County. Since the production site of the old Taicheng company located in the high-tech zone is far from meeting the needs of production, in 2012 under the leadership of the previous Baoji Titanium Industry Association, the new Taicheng company settled in Bawanghe Economic Development Zone. After four years of construction, a brand-new titanium composite material manufacturing enterprise covering an area of more than 60 mu appeared in the east area of Titanium Valley on the deserted river beach. At the beginning of the company's establishment, it took technological innovation as a breakthrough point, and adopted the most advanced production equipment in China to manufacture domestic first-class titanium composite products. In the clean and tidy production car workshop of New Taicheng Company, the original phenomenon of billowing dust and smoke cannot be seen. There are five production workshops in the workshop, including surface treatment workshop, tailor welding workshop, heat treatment workshop, straightening workshop, and machining workshop. There are more than 80 sets (pieces) of large-scale equipment and special equipment such as water cutting machine, hydraulic shearing machine, plasma welding machine, etc., realizing the whole process of processing and production of composite materials.In recent years, relying on the advantages of products and technologies, New Taicheng Company has successively contracted the first phase project of KOSTOLAC-B Power Station in Serbia abroad, Huozhou Power Plant, Dongying Binhai Plant, Shahe Thermal Power Plant, Maanshan Thermal Power Plant, Ningdong Guodian Yinglite Power Plant in China Production and processing tasks of titanium/steel composite panels for chimneys of 59 national thermal power plants, including Shandong Bainian Electric Power Company, Xinjiang Kuqa Power Plant, Dongying City Gangcheng, Yuheng Power Plant, Inner Mongolia Kangbashi Thermal Power Plant, Guodian Hami Dananhu Power Plant, etc. It has become one of the four leading enterprises of explosive composite materials in China.
