Our copper-steel composite tube sheets are fabricated via explosive cladding.The base layer adopts high-strength carbon steel while the cladding layer uses B30 cupronickel alloy.The cupronickel cladding features outstanding thermal conductivity,excellent resistance to seawater erosion and corrosion,and effective inhibition of marine organism fouling.The carbon steel base layer guarantees structural pressure-bearing capacity.The product is ideal for core components such as marine seawater coolers,condensers and heat exchangers for onboard desalination units.Compared with solid thick copper plates,the composite structure greatly cuts material costs and allows expansion sealing of cupronickel heat exchange tubes. The product complies with inspection specifications for marine equipment.
