4.The characteristics of nickel and nickel base alloy
The specific gravity is 8.7-8.84 × 102kg / m3, Melting point 1445 ℃, boiling point 3080 ℃, high strength, δ B = 400-500 MPa, good plasticity, δ > 50%, suitable for cold and hot working, high chemical stability and strong cold work hardening effect, cold deformation rate up to 60%, δ B = 1000 After cold deformation and annealing at 780-850 ℃, fine grain structure can be obtained. After alloying, high resistance, thermal strength, thermal stability and special electrical, magnetic and expansion properties can be obtained.
5.Heat treatment of nickel clad steel plate
During hot working or heat treatment, when the temperature exceeds 600 ℃, nickel tends to absorb sulfur, resulting in cold brittleness.

6.Package
We use plywood case or steel saddle
Package material:
Outer packing: steel bracket, tarpaulin, strapping belt, rubber, foam , angle steel etc.


Inner packing: one by one with cardboard + plastic film + plastic tape etc.
