1. Product Introduction
Nickel alloy clad steel plate is a clad material composed of nickel alloy plate and carbon steel plate by explosive welding，nickel alloy plate has excellent corrosion resistance in high concentration alkali and reducing medium,but in high value, carbon steel plate is in low value while do not have such advantage, that’s why when customer consider the price and good points of both material they will choose clad plate as an option. Nickle alloy clad steel plate get better price than nickle alloy plate and better performance than steel plate.

3. Product qualification

UN PED Certification
As we have the certificate of PED, so we can issue En10204 3.1 to customer for clad plate. Some times customer always have a requirement to get En10204 3.2 certificate, this need customer to send TPI inspector to our company or in the quotation customer has to mention this point we will include such charge in the offer.

4.Reference for nickle alloy clad steel plate
In year 2020, we got two big orders form India market, one from G.E India and another one is from Thermax, these two big orders all for FGD projects, the length of the plate from 1200mm to 2350mm, the width from 4000mm to 8000mm, THK from 2mm+8mm to 2mm+25mm, our products all in very good quality, customer all give very positive feedback.
Except FGD project we also supply to few very famous Chinese company for pressure vessel, they also use nickle alloy clad steel plate to make vessels, if you are interested, please send us your enquiry and we also can share our reference to you.

We have very good supplier for nickle alloy, ATI , NYK, VDM are all our suppliers, if your quantity not that much big, we can also purchase from Chinese company, also in very good quality, if customer has request for non-Chinese material, we can also buy from trade company but also ensure good quality from big company. We here ensure you all the clad plate we made we will take response, once we accept your PO, we are friends in and out of business
6.Package
We use plywood case for light and small quantity products, in the plywood boxes we will use waterproof kraft paper and plastic paper.
For heavy and big quantity products we will use steel bracket.
Package material:
Outer packing: Steel Bracket, Tarpaulin, strapping belt, Rubber, foam , angle steel etc.
Inner packing: one by one with cardboard + plastic film + plastic tape etc.
