Heat exchanger tube sheet is a kind of round plate, which is used to fix the tube and seal the medium in the heat exchanger. Heat exchanger tube sheet is a kind of fitting which can weld and fix the pipe. The clad tube sheet we provide can achieve the effect of saving resources and reducing costs without reducing the use effect (corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, etc.).




The investigation on the stress corrosion of stainless steel heat exchangers used in oil refineries was carried out in Japan. The results showed that the proportion of stress corrosion of fixed tube sheet heat exchangers was 65%, which was higher than that of other types of heat exchangers. In order to prevent the occurrence of stress corrosion, 316L / SF45 stainless steel clad steel plate was used for the tube sheet of heat exchangers.
