By using clad layer Nickel and base layer Carbon steel,after explosion bonding we can make nickel clad steel tube sheet, nickel plate has excellent corrosion resistance in high concentration alkali and reducing medium, also nickel can stand in high temperature. Carbon steel plate have the better in strength and low value. So nickel clad steel tube sheet can combines the advantages of steel plate and nickel plate.

This contract we made of N02201 and forging SA266-GR2,which is used for heat exchanger. The standard we apply is ASME SA265, the flatness requirement is less than 2mm.
