The explosive billet-rolling process of metal clad plates generally includes the following steps:

1. Material preparation: choose metal plates of different materials as the components of the composite plate, and stack them according to a certain ratio.

2. Explosion preparation: Put the stacked metal plates into the explosive device for explosion, so that the metal plates of different materials are fused with each other in an instant.

3. Preliminary rolling: Put the clad plate prepared by explosion into the rolling mill for preliminary rolling, and adjust the thickness of the clad plate to the required size.

4. Cleaning treatment: Cleaning treatment is carried out on the clad plate after initial rolling to remove oxides and impurities on the surface.

5. Secondary rolling: Put the cleaned composite plate into the rolling mill for secondary rolling to further adjust the thickness, shape and surface quality of the plate.

6. Heat treatment: Heat treatment is carried out on the clad plate after the second rolling to eliminate the stress and deformation generated during the rolling process and improve the mechanical and physical properties of the material.

7. Cooling treatment: Cooling the heat-treated composite board to ensure that the structure of the material is stable and there will be no deformation, cracks and other problems.

8. Cutting and processing: Cutting and processing the processed metal composite plates according to the requirements to make parts or products of required size and shape.
