Recently,the Laboratory Center of Baoti Group has successfully completed the on-site assessment for GEA (GE Aerospace) S-400/S-1000 Metallic Materials Testing Laboratory.Its testing technical capabilities and quality management system have obtained authoritative international recognition,further consolidating the Group's qualification foundation to support the global high-end aerospace market.
GEA S-400 and S-1000 standards are stringent laboratory access specifications in the international aerospace sector,imposing extremely high requirements on physical and chemical testing procedures of metallic materials,equipment control,data traceability and operator proficiency.During the assessment,GEA auditors conducted a comprehensive review covering quality system operation,sample preparation,mechanical property testing,metallographic structure analysis,chemical composition analysis,instrument metrology and raw record administration.Multiple witnessed on-site tests were arranged accordingly.The technical team of the Laboratory Center completed all tests rigorously and standardly,and responded thoroughly and accurately to inquiries from the audit panel.All indicators complied with standard requirements,leading to the successful passing of this assessment.
To continuously meet demands from high-end overseas customers,the Laboratory Center will further optimize its testing capacity layout,expand the testing scope for titanium and titanium alloys as well as high-end special alloys,and improve the system of testing standards for various aerospace materials.The successful acquisition of GEA qualification fully proves that the Laboratory Center possesses comprehensive competence to carry out metallic materials testing in accordance with international aerospace standards,and reinforces Baoti Group's supplier status within GEA's global supply chain.
Going forward,taking this assessment as a new starting point,the Laboratory Center will keep advancing testing technologies,strictly adhere to quality control standards and strengthen international testing service capabilities,delivering solid technical support for the Group to market high-end titanium materials and special metal products in the global aerospace industry.
