4. Deformation of head during stamping
When stamping, the punch presses the center part of the blank into the lower die, and the blank near the center point O is in the state of two-way tensile stress. The tangential tensile stress decreases with the increase of the distance from the o point, reaches zero to a certain diameter, and then becomes pressure.
