1. product Introduction
Titanium clad stainless steel plate is a high-performance bimetallic composite material.It is produced by explosive welding to bond titanium sheets with stainless steel sheets.
The base layer adopts common and special stainless steel grades including 304/304L,316L,2205 and 904L,which deliver favorable mechanical properties,good machinability and moderate corrosion resistance.The cladding layer is made of commercially pure titanium such as TA1,TA2,TA9,TA10 and TC4.It possesses exceptional resistance to harsh corrosive media and can withstand long-term erosion from seawater,chloride ions,sulfides,acids and alkalis.
The two types of metals are perfectly combined.The product retains the advantages of stainless steel such as easy processing,stable structure and wide applicability to various working conditions,while the titanium layer greatly improves the overall corrosion resistance.The plate features high bonding strength with basically no delamination or peeling,ensuring reliable performance and long-term service stability.
