Lining strip and leak detection structure
Tantalum lined pressure vessels should consider setting up leak detection structures, which can not only inspect the welding quality of welded joints but also be used to inspect whether the lining is damaged during the operation of the vessel. To speed up the leak detection process.
Find the damaged part of the lining quickly. It is recommended to separate the leak detection channels on the longitudinal circumferential seam and set up separate leak detection structures on each channel. For longer channels, more than two leak detection structures should be set up, and the locations should be set as far as possible under gravity to improve the leak detection efficiency. In the leak detection structure, zirconium and tantalum have similar leak detection requirements.
