4.Making of zirconium steel clad plate
The specific gravity is 6.51, and when making zirconium steel clad plate, need a Titanium layer between zirconium and carbon steel, because zirconium and carbon steel are two different metal which can not be welded together directly, using titanium as a medium can unit these two materials together. First we have to do explosion for Titanium and carbon steel, after this we will do heat treatment and flating, then do the second time explosion.
5.Heat treatment of zirconium steel clad plate
In general, 600-700 ℃ is used to keep the temperature for 0.5-3.0 hours. When the furnace is cooled, the nickel above 700 ℃ will become brittle, causing cold brittleness.
6.Package
We use plywood case and steel saddle
Package material:
Outer packing: Steel Bracket, Tarpaulin, strapping belt, Rubber, foam , angle steel etc.
Inner packing: one by one with cardboard + plastic film + plastic tape etc.
7. Transportation
Road transport: FMCSA cargo stationary driver's manual, ADR and en 12195-1:2010
Shipping: IMO (International Maritime Organization) / ILO / UNECE code of practice on packaging of goods. Transport unit (CTU code) / IMDG.
The typical acceleration of the design package is 2.3g forward, 1.5g backward, 2G upward and 2.5G downward (an124)
