    Because the wastewater released from each refinery process unit typically contains hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), and carbon dioxide (CO2), it is referred to as acid water. The device employs the method of heating gas to reduce the gas phase partial pressure of each component and steam out hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), and carbon dioxide (CO2) for recycling from acid water. The primary corrosion sources of the unit are obviously hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), carbon dioxide (CO2), and cyanide. In general, 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321)+ A36 stainless steel clad steel plate is selected in the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) stripper from 600mm under the tray of the feed inlet to the top of the tower, and the thickness of the base layer depends on the unique scenario.

    Packaging, marking and quality certificate

    Each composite plate shall be marked with the product mark, batch number, manufacturer's name (or factory logo), production date, etc. on the surface of the cladding material at the end of the steel plate.

     

    When delivering the explosive clad steel plate stainless steel sheet, the product quality certificate (original) of the composite plate shall be provided, and copies of the quality certificates of the covering material and the base material shall be provided at the same time.

    The surface of the composite plate shall be effectively protected to prevent scratches.

     

    Other requirements shall be in accordance with ASTM A264.

    Principle of rolling clad method?

    There are two kinds of rolling compound methods, cold rolling, and hot rolling. The basic principle is: under the strong pressing action of a rolling mill, or the combination of preheating action, plastic deformation occurs on the cross-section of two metal materials to be compound, resulting in plastic deformation or fracture of the surface to be compound, and then clean, activate, and continue to form a planar metallurgical bonding form under the action of strong stress. It is different from single metal rolling in that a strong pass reduction must be applied, especially the initial pass. Only under this condition can the physical contact between the two metal materials to be compounded be made as full as possible.
