There are several 100000 m3 storage tanks, and the total demand for steel plates is up to 1.5 million tons, with an annual average of about 100000 tons. In addition, oilfields, refineries, and ports also need a large number of oil storage tanks and oil pipelines. In addition, these oil storage tanks and oil pipelines have a certain service life (generally 15-20 years, in fact, many of them can not reach). Every year, they need to be scrapped and many oil tanks and oil pipelines need to be built, which requires hundreds of thousands of tons of steel plates. If the oil storage tank is made of stainless steel composite plate, its service life can reach 30 years.

The cladding layer of the composite plate can be free from anti-corrosion maintenance, ensuring the safety of the oil storage tank and avoiding the failure of the oil storage tank and oil pipeline within the design service life.
