Regarding stainless steel clad plates, there are three commonly used polishing methods: mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, and electrochemical polishing. 2. Chemical polishing: Its advantage is that processing equipment requires less capital, complex parts can be polished, fast, high efficiency, and good corrosion resistance. The disadvantage is poor gloss . Suitable for processing small parts with low gloss requirements.
3. Electrochemical polishing: Its advantages are long gloss retention time, less pollution, low cost and good corrosion resistance. The disadvantage is that the processing equipment has a large one-time investment, the messy parts require tooling and auxiliary electrodes, and mass production also requires cooling equipment. It is suitable for mass production, mainly used in products and export products. Its processing technology is stable and the operation is relatively simple.
