The main reason is that the composite plate is too thin, and if the amount and parameters of the explosive are not properly controlled, it is easy to be cracked and exploded through; The resistance is not enough, and the bonding surface is not strong. Secondly, when the overall thickness of the composite board is small, the width of the composite board in one explosion is greatly limited. When the width of the board increases, the board is prone to bending during tailoring, hoisting, and transportation. In the later stage of drug distribution, it will affect the amount of drug distribution on the upper layer, resulting in an excessively high local drug dose, which is easily damaged and deformed after compounding. Therefore, in actual production, the output of thin plates is small and the cost is high. Unless special requirements are customized, companies generally do not accept orders.
3) Long lead time
① The application procedures for the purchase and use of explosives are strict and are greatly influenced by external policies. During major festivals and events, work is generally stopped.
② The blast field is generally set in the field, and the transportation, hoisting, and drug distribution of composite metal materials cannot be carried out under weather conditions such as thunderstorms, strong winds, snowfall, and high temperature. The uncertainty of weather conditions will seriously affect the use time of the blast field. , a large number of orders can not be completed as scheduled.
③ The location of the blasting field is remote, and much-advanced equipment cannot be used. Many heavy operations still need to be done by hand.
④The surface condition of the plate after explosion and compounding is poor, so it cannot be used directly, and needs to be processed twice.
