Three alternatives are adopted: Bingold foam glass bricks, high-temperature resistant glass flakes or anti-corrosion coatings, and titanium clad steel plates. (2) In view of the current situation, the three solutions of Bingold foam glass bricks, high-temperature resistant glass flakes or anti-corrosion coatings, and titanium-steel composite plates can all meet the operation and anti-corrosion requirements after the flue gas desulfurization transformation. The steel sleeve of the titanium-steel composite plates The cartridge form has great technical advantages and requires little maintenance.

(3) In view of economic comparison, the cost of transformation of titanium-steel composite plates and Bingold foam glass bricks is relatively high, 20% and 30% higher respectively.

(4) Combining the technical and economic comparison of the three schemes, and considering the long-term operation, the technical scheme of using the titanium-steel composite plate inner cylinder meets the expectations.

 

In summary, from the comprehensive analysis of the safety, corrosion resistance, economy, construction period, and long-term operation cost of the structure, it is the best method to use titanium steel composite plate for the inner cylinder.
