2 Products Features
After cold rolling, laminating and annealing at 520 ℃ for 24 hours, the strength and plasticity of the 4A60/08Al composite plate decrease, the cupping value increases from 7.68 mm to 10.75 mm, the elongation increases from 1% to 42.5%, the tensile strength decreases from 705 MPa to 315 MPa, the yield strength decreases from 500 MPa to 260 MPa, and the hardness decreases from 213.3 HV0.5 to 93.5 HV0.5. 2) After annealing treatment, explosive weld aluminum clad stainless steel sheet are metallurgically bonded at the interface. After being annealed at 520 ℃ for 24 hours, complete recrystallization occurs, and no iron aluminum binary brittle phase is produced at the aluminum steel interface. Therefore, it is determined that 520 ℃ for 24 hours is the best annealing process under this rolling system.
