Allowable deviation of overall dimension for high strength titanium clad steel sheet:
For composite plates with a width or length larger than 1100mm or 3000mm, composite welding is permitted.
A composite plate's cladding metal can be made of multiple layers of composite material and typically ranges in thickness from 1.5 to 10 mm. The allowable deviation of the thickness of explosive rolled composite plate and rolled composite plate must not exceed - 10% to + 20% of the nominal thickness of the composite. The allowable deviation of the composite thickness of the explosive composite plate must not be greater than 10% of the nominal thickness of the composite.
