Its preventive measures are
1) When the plasticity of the composite board is poor, it should be re-annealed to eliminate stress, improve its performance, and prevent defects in subsequent manufacturing.
2) When it is necessary to bend the reel, stamping head and other involved plates, when the temperature is low, it is necessary to preheat the bending part with flame to prevent bubbling or cracks.
3) When planing holes and drilling pipe holes, the blanking and drilling operations should be processed from the titanium layer to the steel layer as much as possible to prevent the composite board from being torn or cracked.
Welding defects
1) Argon with a purity of not less than 99.99% should be used as the shielding gas for welding the titanium layer.
2) Carefully clean and treat the welding area of the workpiece before welding. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, flames should be used to preheat the base steel surface.
3) For titanium-steel composite plate equipment, the processing technology of titanium weld seam is strip processing, that is, the titanium layer within 15mm of the edge of the composite plate is removed, the steel weld seam is welded first, and then the steel weld seam is completely covered with 50mm wide titanium lath , for titanium layer welding, while argon protection.
4) For the micro cracks on the surface of the composite board, the defects must be cleaned up before repair welding. For small cracks, direct repair welding can be used.
5) For the non-bonding found in the process of production and inspection, if the area is large, the material must be replaced. If the area is small, remedial measures can be taken, and the non-bonding area should be reinforced with titanium rivets. The rivets should be less.
