The large adhesion rate and high adhesion strength of titanium-clad copper rods cannot be guaranteed by simple mechanical assembly or casting and filling methods. Two commonly used titanium-clad copper production methods: hot extrusion + cold drawing method; explosive compound + hot-rolling method.
1. Hot extrusion + cold drawing method: titanium casting copper → titanium copper ingot peeling → titanium copper ingot wrapping copper skin → hot extrusion forming → cold drawing forming → post-processing.
2. Explosive compounding + hot rolling method: copper rod and titanium tube assembly → drug distribution → explosive compounding → hot rolling forming → cold drawing forming → post-processing.
