Before assembly and use, due to the need for a certain amount of machining, the titanium layer remains at 0.3 to 0.3% during turning, planing, and milling. When it is 5mm, if it is not separated from the base material, it can be judged that the bonding strength of titanium copper meets the requirements for use.
