1. Product Description

Ultra thin titanium clad steel sheet is a composite plate made by explosive welding with titanium and titanium alloy as cladding metal and carbon steel, low alloy steel, or stainless steel as the base metal. This part is applicable to explosion-welded ultra-thin titanium clad steel plates with a total thickness greater than or equal to 8mm.

Allowable deviation of overall dimension:

Composite welding is allowed for composite plates with a width greater than 1100mm or a length greater than 3000mm.

A composite plate's cladding metal can be made of multiple layers of composite material and typically ranges in thickness from 1.5 to 10 mm. The allowable deviation of the thickness of explosive rolled composite plate and rolled composite plate must not exceed - 10% to + 20% of the nominal thickness of the composite. The allowable deviation of the composite thickness of the explosive composite plate must not be greater than 10% of the nominal thickness of the composite.
